Who we are

goezko.com is the official website of the recording artist Go Ezko. For anything in this policy, use the contact form and say it is a privacy request.

What we collect

When you write to us

The contact, booking, partnership and $AGA City forms collect the details you type — such as your name, email address and message. We use them to reply to you and for nothing else.

When you create an account

An account stores your email address, display name and a hashed password (nobody here can read it), plus your activity in the $AGA City area, such as the tracks you have played.

When you buy or unlock music

Payments are taken by PayPal. Card details go to PayPal and never reach this site. We keep the order record (what you bought, the amount, the PayPal reference) so we can give you access and handle problems.

If you link Patreon

Linking asks Patreon to confirm whether you are a paying supporter. We store that result and when we last checked it. We do not store your Patreon login or access token.

Automatically

Our host keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested, timestamps) for security and troubleshooting. A session cookie keeps you signed in and remembers your basket; it is required for those features and is not used for advertising. We also count page views ourselves: the page, the site you came from and a date, with a visitor code that changes every day. We do not store your IP address, browser details or account for this, and we honour Do-Not-Track and Global Privacy Control.

What we do not do

• We do not sell or rent your personal information.
• We do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site.
• We do not send marketing you did not ask for.

Who we share it with

Only the services needed to run the site: our web host, our email provider for messages about your account or order, PayPal for payments and, if you choose to link it, Patreon. Each receives only what it needs to do its job.

How long we keep it

Messages are kept while they are useful to answer. Account data is kept for as long as your account exists. Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require. Ask us to delete your account and we will, except where we are legally required to retain a record of a transaction.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Use the contact form and we will respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or the CCPA; we will honour those requests too.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will remove it.

Changes

If this policy changes materially we will update the effective date at the top of this page. See also the Terms of Service.
